Board of Directors JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY Community Human Services is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) and Joint Powers Authority. JPA members are the cities of Carmel, Del Rey Oaks, Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Salinas, Sand City and Seaside, and the school districts of Carmel Unified, Monterey Peninsula Unified, North Monterey County Unified, Pacific Grove Unified, Monterey County Office of Education and Monterey Peninsula College. SCHEDULE The board meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at: Sand City City Hall One Sylvan Park Sand City, CA Meetings are held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and are open to the public.
