About Supervised Visitation

Supervised Visitation is a bilingual service provided by the Family Service Centers in Salinas and Seaside, and the Counseling Center in King City. The program works in conjunction with the Coordinated Court of Monterey County, and aims to:

                                • Help families in transition from divorce or separation of non-married parties
                                • Ensure a safe, appropriate visit between the child and his or her non-custodial parent
                                • Serve as an exchange site for non-custodial visits
                                • Ensure no-contact between custodial and non-custodial parents

      Services are provided on a sliding-fee scale.
